Inspection Upon Pickup: The person collecting your computer will conduct a preliminary inspection to assess the condition and identify any visible issues.
Further Inspection at Our Shop: Upon arrival at our shop, a detailed inspection will be conducted to diagnose the computer's issues and determine the necessary repairs.
Service Charges: The pickup and delivery service does not include inspection fees or hourly rates. Additional charges may apply based on the diagnosis and required repairs.
Payment: Payment for services rendered is due upon delivery of the repaired computer.
Ownership and Liability: While your computer is in our possession for repair, we take utmost care. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damages or data loss.
Warranty: We offer a limited warranty on our repair services. Please refer to our WARRANTY POLICY for details.
Customer Responsibilities: Ensure that your computer is backed up before pickup. Remove any sensitive or confidential data. We are not responsible for data loss or confidentiality.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule a pickup, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
Packing Responsibility: Customers are responsible for securely packing their computers before pickup to prevent damage during transit. Improperly packed computers may not be eligible for our pickup and delivery service.
Packing Requirements: Proper packing by the customer is required to protect the computer during transit. We recommend using suitable packaging materials to ensure safe delivery.
